Welcome to our hub where we champion change, right from our workspace to the world outside! Each month, we focus on a unique theme, designed to rally our employees into action and foster sustainable positive impact. Here's a glance at our initial two months in action!
Month of Decluttering: Clearing Minds, Creating Spaces
Our first month was all about decluttering-discarding the excess to make room for fresh starts, both materially and mentally. Highlights included our SWAP PARTY, where team members exchanged home items they no longer needed, giving them a second lease of life. This eco-friendly, fun event encouraged sustainability while helping everyone organize their surroundings.
We also hosted an educational webinar, Let's Talk About... Declutter, led by one of our colleagues. They shared practical tips on organizing and decluttering living spaces, illuminating the benefits of a clutter-free environment for well-being and productivity.
Shouting for Animal Welfare: Paws, Purrs, and Compassion
February's focus was animal welfare-an issue close to many of our hearts. Our internal platform boasts a dedicated channel for sharing photos and videos of team members' pets. To celebrate the month, we organized a Q&A webinar, where employees showcased their pets and shared interesting insights.
We also hosted a graphic design contest with the theme "What Animal Rights Mean to Me." Team members were invited to illustrate their perspectives on animal rights. The winner received the opportunity to donate 1,000 PLN to a preferred animal organization, reflecting our commitment to supporting causes dear to our community.

- Being a pet-friendly agency, we dedicate November to our four-legged friends—organizing pet adoption drives, volunteering at pet shelters, and running a social media campaign to spread awareness about the importance of caring for pets responsibly.
