Careem, a popular Middle East brand associated with a media company, has significantly expanded its services by deepening its partnership with Justlife. This move aims to simplify daily life for users by integrating ride-hailing, food delivery, finance, and now home services into a single platform.
The new offerings now include specialty cleaning (furniture, AC, deep cleaning), moving support (packing and relocation help), lab tests (vitamin, diabetic, kidney analysis, etc.), IV therapy, and pest control, all bookable directly through the Careem app under the Home Services section.
These new services build on existing ones such as standard home cleaning, at-home spa, and massage that were already available via Justlife on Careem's platform. The expansion is currently active in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a rollout planned for Sharjah as of July 2025.
Careem Plus members benefit from a 10% unlimited discount on all home services, along with additional perks like free food and grocery delivery, discounts on meals, and ride cashback.
This strategic move aligns with Careem's vision of becoming an "Everything App" for the Middle East. The partnership leverages Careem’s extensive reach and Justlife’s professional service network, addressing the fast-growing demand in the UAE’s urban home services market.
Future plans include continuing to roll out more service categories and geographic expansion within the UAE, reinforcing Careem’s ambition to become a comprehensive super-app that covers a wide range of consumer needs beyond transportation.
