The premium wagyu range from this partnership is already available for purchase at Windsor Meats in Adelaide, making it the first retail outlet worldwide to stock low-methane, sustainable beef. Angus beef products at a more affordable price point are expected on shelves by October.
CH4 Global's goal is to create an ecosystem benefiting farmers, consumers, and retailers with sustainable beef. The company is a member of Brand SA, which promotes South Australian products under its "Buy SA" campaign.
