The city of Tomsk is buzzing with excitement as the Urban Summer project has officially begun! This annual initiative, organised by the Tomsk administration in collaboration with the Tomsk State Pedagogical University, aims to engage young residents in a variety of cultural and sports activities throughout the summer months.

The project sites are strategically located in courtyards and public spaces across the city, providing a vibrant and accessible environment for all. This year, the project will operate from July 7 to 31 and from August 4 to 29.

In addition to the main project sites, several game zones will be set up in various districts to add an extra layer of fun. For instance, the Sovetsky District will host game zones on Sibirskaya Street, 90-92, while the Oktyabrsky District will see game zones on Boldyrev Street, 5 and Irkutsk Highway, 27/1. The Leninsky District will offer game zones on Lenin Prospect, 166, and in the Kirovsky District, game zones will be found on Nakhimov Street, 15 and Timiryazevskoye village, Putyevaya Street, 1d. The Oktyabrsky District will also feature game zones on Irkutsk Highway, 191 and Entuziastov Street, 45.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, students from Tomsk State Pedagogical University will serve as counselors at each project site. The project is designed for children of primary and secondary school age, making it an ideal opportunity for youngsters to make new friends and create lasting memories.
