Construction blueprint for Rödlinghausen
The city of Detmold, Germany, has announced the start of the formal public participation process for the development plan titled "Rödlinghausen/Eichholzer Weg". This plan, which is a part of the urban development plans for the city, is located north of Meiersfelder Straße.
The development area is the focus of the 7th (accelerated) amendment of the plan, which creates the prerequisite for densification on the site. The draft documents for the plan can be accessed online at www.our website/beteiligung-bauleitplanung until 10th October 2025.
Citizens are encouraged to inform themselves about the plans and submit their suggestions during the participation period. Statements regarding the development plan can be submitted in writing to Fachbereich 6 Stadtentwicklung, Postfach, 32754 Detmold or electronically at bauleitplanung@our website during the participation period.

The draft development plan "Rödlinghausen/Eichholzer Weg" has been adopted by the urban development committee and was chaired by Mayor Rainer Heller. The specialist committee for urban development in Detmold approved the draft of the urban development plan 01-13/II "Rödlinghausen/Eichholzer Weg", 7th amendment.
The draft documents can also be viewed in person at Ferdinand-Brune-Haus, Rosental 21, 1st floor annex building during regular opening hours.
The public is invited to participate in shaping the future of this development plan in the city of Detmold. Your input is vital to ensuring a well-rounded and thoughtful plan that serves the needs of the community.
