Dad's Day Offer: Unrivaled Discount on Preferred JBL Speaker - Ideal Gift for Dad
Cracking the Best Father's Day Speaker Deals: The JBL Xtreme 4
Getting our hands on the top Father's Day gifts, whether it's apparel, camping gear, or gadgets for the telly, is always a thrill. But being an audiophile, I've got my eye on some of the best speaker deals out there.
Back in the sweltering heat of July 2024, I did a deep dive into the JBL Xtreme 4 Bluetooth speaker. It's easily one of the best Bluetooth speakers - if not the best for bass on our guide. The only drawbacks were its hefty weight and its heftier price, but this hefty discount eradicates the latter.
So let me spill the beans on this killer Bluetooth speaker - the JBL Xtreme 4 is the ultimate speaker I'd want to snag out of all the speakers I've reviewed, and for just $240? It's an absolute win and just in time for Father's Day.
JBL Xtreme 4: was $379 now $240 at Walmart For $240, this is the lowest price the Xtreme 4 has ever been. Its MSRP was $379, a price point I had critiqued as somewhat steep in my 4-star review. But at just $240? I'd hightail it to Walmart right now.

Thanks to the double woofers and JBL's proprietary Bass Radiators, the Xtreme 4's bass is off the charts. During my testing, I could feel its bass in my jaw. I even managed to film a video about the Xtreme 4, where you can literally see the woofers thumping in slow motion. I was completely blown away by this bass performance.
Take a gander at that passive radiator. This little guy is what makes the speaker's bass so amazing. I kicked the bass up to max on JBL's app, and I felt like my house was gonna crumble.
Don't get me wrong - it's not a perfect speaker. It weighs a whopping 4 pounds, which was a tad weighty for my taste. That's why I'd pick this speaker for my old man, though - he can lug it around! (I'm joking, but it's a legitimate excuse.)
The button on the left-hand side of the image is 'AuraCast', a technology that allows you to link up multiple Bluetooth speakers for an explosion-worthy, mind-blowing, reality-bending sound performance. If you have other JBL speakers, you'll be able to sync all the speakers for a mega-loud sound festival.
Bass Galore
While there's so much more to adore about the JBL Xtreme 4, the bass is hands-down my favorite feature. There's a reason I had a mad crush on the Xtreme 4 when I tested it for a whole week. However, I did think it was way too pricey. But at just $240? Now I'm seriously considering getting two - one for me, and one for my old man.
