T-Rex and Friends Take Over Wildpark Schwarze Berge

Dinosaur invasion captivates Schwarze Mountains Wildpark, with over 120 prehistoric creatures on display - Dinosaur horde overtakes the Black Mountains, numbering approximately 120 individuals.

Wildpark Schwarze Berge in Rosengarten, Landkreis Harburg is home to a thrilling new exhibit. More than 120 life-sized dinosaur and prehistoric animal models now dominate the park's one-kilometer-long circular path.

Amazed visitors, similar to Nathalie Albers from Heimfeld and her nine-year-old son Henry, have been flocking to the park during school holidays for a daily dose of prehistoric magic. Albers, enthused, says, "It's akin to stepping into Jurassic Park!"

The fascinating exhibit was collaboratively created with the Dinosaurier Freilichtmuseum Münchehagen in a meticulous process, resulting in glass fiber models that boast the latest findings in paleontology[1].

As you tread the trail, you'll be awestruck by giants like the T-Rex and the airy Diplodocus. Flying reptiles, or pterosaurs, add an extra layer of wonder[1].

Eagle-eyed visitors will discern remarkable similarities between these primordial birds of prey and their modern counterparts. According to Lars Otten, the park's manager, it's all about bridging the gap between the past and present[1].

Information boards strategically placed throughout the park enlighten visitors on such fascinating connections. For instance, the armor turtle and the spiky hedgehog share peculiarities with their dinosaur brethren.

The park also features interactive activities perfect for young archaeologists. Sift through sand to uncover fossils, unearth dinosaur remains, or dream up your perfect dinosaur during the tour[1].
