Fort Collins' 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat: A Safe, Fun Family Event

Fort Collins residents can look forward to the 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Organized by the city's Parks and Recreation Department and the Northern Colorado Wildlife Center (NCWC), this free event promises a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family. From 3 to 6 p.m., the event will take place at 2637 Midpoint Drive in east Fort Collins. The highlight is decorated trunks where participants can trick-or-treat, collecting treats from the comfort and safety of their cars. Carnival-style games will also be available, providing entertainment for both kids and adults. Food options will be plentiful with local food trucks on site. But the star attraction might be the live ambassador animals from NCWC. These animals will be present for guests to meet and learn about wildlife conservation, making the event both fun and educational. Costumes are encouraged for all attendees, so get ready to dress up and have a spooktacular time. While admission is free, pre-ordered wristbands can be reserved at nocowildlife.org/trunk-or-treat for additional activities and experiences. Mark your calendars and don't miss out on this fantastic community event!
