# GARAGE CULTURE FESTIVAL - Celestic Gathering of Garage Enthusiasts
Ready to Rock Chemnitz's Garage Culture Scene at #3000Garages Fest (June 6-8, 2025)?
Jumpstart your summer with a bang at Chemnitz's Garage Culture extravaganza, happening from June 6th to 8th, 2025! The Garagenhof on Harthweg 7-9 transforms into the epicenter of encounters, art, conversations, and awholesome fun. Over 1,000 garages will dress up the central lawn, promising a weekend bursting with the stories, hobbies, and talents of Chemnitz locals.
Job the spotlight, this year's music theater piece, "Songs of (In)Security" by Tanja Krone, will keep festival-goers on their toes. This thought-provoking, poetic-political stage project stemming from Chemnitz voices explores the ever-relevant theme of security, with performances daily.
Expect a buzzing lineup of off-stage events too. Vaulting shows, concerts, workshops, kid-friendly activities, and the KiKANiNCHEN parties will give attendees a taste of the diverse garage culture that Chemnitz has to offer.
