Informational social housing event for private property owners

On the 18th of September, an informative event about the social security housing mediation program is taking place at the Small Train Station in Enger. This event is organized by the Circuit, Diakonie, and LWL, in collaboration with the Ev. Diakoniestiftung Herford and the Landschaftsverband Westfalen Lippe (LWL).

The purpose of the event is to inform private landlords about projects and measures within the social security housing mediation program. The LWL will present its "Housing First" funding program, which was introduced in 2022 and is part of the social security housing mediation program. Private investors, free welfare organizations, and member corporations can apply for various grants for new construction, acquisition, and rental of housing under this program.

The social security housing mediation program is aimed at improving the housing situation of homeless individuals and those at risk of homelessness. It is part of the state initiative "Finally a HOME!". Private landlords who participate in the program can benefit from attractive subsidies, such as a rental income guarantee, renovation/sanitation subsidy, climate bonus, rental premium, or a subsidy for their investment costs.

Moreover, private landlords who participate in the program will receive support in handling rental contracts and post-tenancy support. If you're a private landlord interested in learning more about the social security housing mediation program and the funding opportunities it offers, this event is an excellent opportunity for you.

If you'd like to learn more about the funding opportunities and measures within the social security housing mediation program before the event, you can find all the relevant information on the Circuit Herford's website: http://web.www.ourwebsite/s/housing. No registration is required for the event, but it would help the organizers with planning if you could let them know you're coming.

Contact information for the event organizer is as follows: Marie-Christin Paul, Tel.: 05221 13 1431, Email: m.c.paul@ourwebsite. If you have any questions or need further information, don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
