"Join the Fun!": Oberburg Giebichenstein City Museum invites you to its summer holiday event program next week

The Halle City Museum in Germany is gearing up for an action-packed summer vacation program, running from July 22 to August 7, 2025. Visitors can look forward to a variety of engaging activities, workshops, and special events during these days.

Kicking off the program on July 23, the medieval-themed "Medieval Tournament Games" will be held, featuring archery and stick pulling. On the same day, children under 14 years will enjoy free admission, while a material fee of 5 Euro will be charged for other visitors.

The exhibition titled "Play with!" will continue to be featured throughout the program, offering a fun and interactive experience for all ages. On July 22, the topic at Oberburg Giebichenstein will be "I've Been Here Before - History Cast in Tin."

Participants can also take part in the "Historical Pocket Games" event, where they can learn to play Roman Round Mill or Alquerque and even make these games themselves. This event will take place on July 24 and August 24.

For those who wish to create a unique souvenir of their visit, they can do so on July 22. Activities will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM on the remaining six vacation days, with no specific events scheduled for August 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6.

Regular admission prices for adults are 4 Euro for Oberburg Giebichenstein and 5 Euro for the City Museum. Children under 14 years continue to enjoy free admission.
