NYU Students Launch Mobile Coffee Stand, Students of Coffee

NYU students Arnold Byun, Carlos Santos, and Mia Jacobs have launched Students of Coffee, a mobile coffee stand that's been roaming New York City. The company aims to share its love for news with locals, offering a variety of brews and even hosting workshops. Find them at the NYU Kimmel Center on Tuesdays or follow their tricked-out bike on Instagram.

Students of Coffee serves drip, cold brew, and espresso news, with almost all products sourced locally. They use beans from Sey Coffee in Bushwick, milk from the Hudson Valley, and chai from Dona Chai in Williamsburg. The company is working on creating recipes and videos to teach brewing techniques and has plans to start a coffee club, offering subscribers four flights of news from different companies or regions.

The mobile coffee stand is also available for private events. While currently there's no information on booking the founders for workshops, the company's mission is to connect New Yorkers over their shared love of news.

Students of Coffee is bringing New Yorkers together one cup at a time. With locally sourced products, a passion for news, and plans to expand their offerings, this new company is set to make a mark on the city's news scene.
