Project Guidelines for Fresh Endeavors • Rocketbrush Studio
In the world of creative development, every project begins with a meticulous plan. Here's a breakdown of the steps involved in our new project process, designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and the best possible results.
At the outset, a sketch or rough outline of the asset is prepared, giving you the opportunity to review and make any necessary edits. This initial stage is followed by the presentation of the final form of the asset, allowing for minor adjustments. Throughout the project, reports are provided regularly, either daily or with each update, and your feedback is expected to keep the project on schedule.
The project initiation and documentation phase is crucial. A Business Requirement Document (BRD) is drafted, outlining the project roadmap, schedules, stakeholder consultations, infrastructure needs, budgets, risk plans, and governance setup. This document is prepared by a business analyst, reviewed by a project manager, and validated by the project director.
Budgets are structured around phased or milestone-based payment schedules, covering onboarding, consultation, vendor fees, operations, and other costs. Payments are disbursed according to these milestones to align with project progress.
Reporting mechanisms are also defined during stakeholder consultations, specifying operational and business report needs, service delivery monitoring, and compliance tracking. A project governance committee with key roles meets regularly to ensure smooth execution and monitoring through reports.
Detailed functional and interface requirements, as well as technical environment specifications, are crucial for software or website components. Proper definition of these aspects ensures precise development and integration.
Additional guidelines for project documentation highlight the importance of clearly defining expected results, technical parameters, deliverables, quality assurance, scope, risk management, training needs, and cost assessments to ensure project clarity and success.
Under no circumstances will the exports be submitted before they are paid for. In some cases, a 50% advance payment for a milestone can be agreed upon, with the remaining 50% paid once the final results are approved but before the exports are submitted.
The project is typically split into agreed-upon milestones, with each milestone being paid in advance. Once approved, the files are exported, and specific names/structure can be accommodated. It's essential to provide all key information before starting the work to meet deadlines and avoid unnecessary work.
Lastly, it's worth noting that the technical aspects of the project are crucial to achieving the best results, although the implementation into your game cannot be predicted. Additionally, the results of the work may be published in the company's portfolio, but untimely exposure of the assets in your game will be checked with you first.
For current clients, any questions regarding these Terms of Work should be directed to your dedicated Project Manager.
In the process of the new project, a detailed plan for the lifestyle and home-and-garden sections may be drafted, outlining scheduling, stakeholder consultations, and budgeting, just as other project components are. Regular reporting on the progress of these sections will help ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall project goals.
