The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) valued honey, using it daily and recommending it as a natural cure for various ailments. He also consumed melon with fresh dates to balance heat and coolness in the body. Olive oil was used for skin and hair treatments, as well as to heal stomach inflammations. Milk, particularly goat and camel milk, was loved by the Prophet (PBUH) for its benefits to bone and teeth strength. He would have seven dates daily, rich in fiber, Vitamin B-6, and minerals.
Meat was considered the 'king of foods' by the Prophet (PBUH) due to its protein and mineral content. Figs were favored for their benefits to stomach ailments, gout, and bone strength. Grapes were another favorite, aiding in blood purification and kidney health. Barley was consumed in various forms to cure fever and combat weakness.
