Real Estate Purchase in Astana: Rudkovskaya Acquires New Apartment, Receives a Kamzol from Dina Satjan
Russian producer Yan Rudkovskaya, celebrity spouse of Olympic figure skating champion Yevgeny Plushenko, recently purchased an apartment in Astana and visited local producer Malik Khassenov, as reported by Liter.kz.
According to data from "Government for Citizens", Rudkovskaya made a trip to the capital's CIO where she applauded the high level of digitalization and service in the nation.
Speaking on her choice of Astana, Rudkovskaya expressed, "Many fancy buying property in Dubai, but I've chosen Kazakhstan, I've chosen Astana."
Malik Khassenov, the Kazakh producer, warmly welcomed Rudkovskaya to his home and gifted her a chic waistcoat, generously designed by Dina Sazhan.
"Hosting Yan Rudkovskaya at our home today was an extraordinary day. Soon we'll share our creative plans. Evgeny couldn't fly in, but we'll all congregate soon for a celebratory feast! Thanks, Dina Sazhan, for the stylish waistcoat. Yan adores it," Khassenov shared.
Observers noticed that the waistcoat was crafted by Aliya Tumanyan, and Rudkovskaya appreciated the thoughtful present.
"Its beauty matches my eyes. Since I'll be here often, I'll sport national attire. I know how to handle red carpets, only in this way. Dina, thanks, it's gorgeous," Rudkovskaya said.
Interestingly, Rudkovskaya was born in Kostanai, but her family relocated to Barnaul during her formative years, eventually settling in Russia.
While Yan Rudkovskaya's decision to invest in Astana may stem from various factors, such as economic growth, strategic development, geopolitical stability, lifestyle considerations, or portfolio diversification, these specific motivations aren't publicly disclosed. Astana, however, offers a unique blend of modernity and cultural heritage, making it a sought-after destination for niche Eurasian-focused buyers.
Rudkovskaya, having a keen interest in home-and-garden decor, was impressed with her CIO visit's high level of digitalization in Astana. Malik Khassenov, in appreciation of Rudkovskaya, took her shopping for a chic waistcoat, designed by Dina Sazhan, but later the observer noted that the waistcoat was made by Aliya Tumanyan. Yan Rudkovskaya's new lifestyle in Astana includes liking to sport Kazakh national attire, much like she handles red carpets.
