Retail boom at 'Domina Shopping': 12 new businesses in fashion, dining, and wellness spaces inaugurated over the past 3 months
Fired Up at Domina Shopping: A Record-Breaking Q1
2025's Kickoff at Domina Shopping has been explosive - an astounding 12 new, relocated, or revamped stores graced the mall's halls during the first three months (January, February, and March), setting a new record for the busiest quarter over the past five years. This pulse-pounding surge in activity tells a positive tale for not just Domina Shopping, but the entire shopping center industry. A whopping combined investment of over 400,000 Euros has been injected into the mall and its stores.
Dina Bunce, the Big Boss at Domina Shopping, shares her thoughts on the flurry of activity: "Usually, the retail sector's first quarter is a snooze fest. But for us, it's been anything but. We're talking 12 new and smokin' hot stores, with more going down in the sports and fashion realms. We're beyond stoked about our tenants' investments and faith in our crew and location as a retail powerhouse."
Fashion Forward
Several popular fashion retailers have given their stores a makeover to cater to your cleanest and trendiest tastes. In March, Estonian designer brand "Ivo Nikkolo" opened a fancy new store amidst the madness, offering its signature blend of classy and casual wears. February saw men's suit brand "Pierre Cardin" shaking off the dust and reopening, while denim store "Levi's" drew in a fresh crowd with its modernized decor.
Apparel and accessories store "X jeans" traded up for a newer, bigger lair and expanded its denim offerings to include famed brands "Lee" and "Wrangler". Footwear and travel gear are now handier with stores like "Eiropas apavi" and "Travel bag" moving to more accessible locations.
Catering, Home, and Wellness
Preparing for spring madness, Domina Shopping has broadened its catering, home goods, and wellness options. You can now get your Asian food fix at "UMAMI wok n'roll", a new rage-worthy restaurant serving up fantastic ramen, woks, and sushi. The home goods scene has been beefed up with "Dormeo Home", while "Hottt" has moved to a chrome-and-glass booth.
The wellness and lifestyle section is feeling more luxurious with the arrival of "Fielmann", a fancy German optical salon, and "Todalya", an Israeli store stocking cosmetics and exotic home goods. Sports nutrition store "Vitamīns.lv" has also found a new home in a hipper part of the mall.
