Road Traffic Alteration: Dubai's Metro Blue Line Extension Unveils Traffic Redirection Plan by RTA
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has announced a traffic diversion towards International City 1, in front of Dragon Mart, as part of the ongoing construction works on the Dubai Metro Blue Line. The traffic diversion is taking place in Dubai and motorists are advised to plan their trips in advance due to the disruption.
The RTA has emphasized the importance of following signs during the traffic diversion, and has introduced a new lane at the busy Dubai intersection to ease congestion. Motorists are encouraged to follow directional signboards for a smooth ride in Dubai. The traffic diversion is not related to the Centrepoint Station parking.
The RTA has also upgraded signage across Dubai Metro stations as part of its continuous efforts to improve the transport sector. A reminder is given to take a direct metro ride to Expo City Dubai. The Dubai Metro, which turns 16 this year, has made a significant contribution to the city's transport system.
