To create this unique summer accessory, you will need red yarn, silver yarn, a crochet hook, a needle, scissors, and the instructions provided. The bag is made using three granny squares, each with four layers.

Step 1A: Start by creating the base of the first granny square. Make three chains, turn them into a small ring, and repeat the following series four times: make four more chains, do three treble crochets, make two chains, do three more treble crochets, and finish with two treble crochets.
Step 1B: Attach silver yarn in one of the corners, and then repeat a series of treble crochets and chains in each of the next three corners.
Step 1C: Using red yarn, follow the pattern of treble crochets and chains to expand the first granny square.
Step 1D: Repeat the process of adding silver yarn to the first granny square, following the same pattern as Step 1B.
Repeat this process to create the second and third granny squares. Sew them together using silver yarn and a needle, placing two squares together with the front sides facing in and sewing along one side using a zig-zag stitch. Add the third square to form a pouch, knot and snip the yarn.
To create the handle, do six half treble crochets across the top of the pouch, make one chain, and then repeat rows of six half treble crochets until the handle is approximately 12cm long. To finish the handle, either stitch the end of the handle to the other side using the hook, or use a needle and silver yarn to sew it on using a zig-zag stitch through the edge.
