Zeughausmesse Moves to Kühlhaus for 2025, Offering Unique Art Experience
The Zeughausmesse, a renowned fair for applied contemporary art, is set to take place in a new location this year due to renovation work at the Zeughaus. From November 13 to 16, 2025, the event will be held at the Kühlhaus in Kreuzberg, offering visitors a unique experience.
The fair, known for its high-quality craftsmanship and experimental designs, will showcase a variety of items including hats, furniture, bags, jewelry, and lamps. Visitors will have the opportunity to touch and interact with the objects, appreciating both their aesthetics and functionality. The Kühlhaus, a denkmalgeschütztes Industriegebäude from the 1920s, provides an ideal setting for this exclusive presentation. The fair is easily accessible by public transportation, with nearby U-Bahn, bus, and tram stops.
The Zeughausmesse serves as a meeting point for the applied arts in Berlin, facilitating connections and idea exchange among artists. It is one of the leading fairs for applied contemporary art, providing artists and designers with the opportunity to present and sell their work to design connoisseurs.
The relocation of the Zeughausmesse to the Kühlhaus is a result of the innovative concept developed by David Schelp, founder of Zoo&Zoegel Creative Communication GmbH. This change not only offers a unique framework for the fair but also symbolizes the connection between tradition, innovation, and urbanity in Berlin.
